You’ve Carried Enough. You Don’t Have to Carry This Alone.

Support for First Responders and Veterans Facing Trauma, PTSD, and Weight of Service.

Why I work with First Responders and Veterans

I’ve worked closely with individuals who’ve dedicated their lives to protecting others. Whether you’ve served in combat zones, on the front lines of emergency response, or in law enforcement, I understand the culture and the silent weight that comes with duty. You’re not “too tough” to struggle, and reaching out takes courage.

My practice offers a confidential, judgment-free space where we focus on real, practical healing. My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatments for PTSD and trauma, including Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) tailored to the needs of those who serve.
